Vera Kisseleva is an established award-wining artist best known for her paintings inspired by the Canadian landscape. Vera is based in rural Ontario and continues to be inspired by the splendor of the Canadian natural landscape.
A Perfect New Palette
We completely updated Vera’s existing Shopify site with a bold new colour palette and new theme with custom CSS updates. The theme was then further customized to allow for more functionality and advanced filtering options.
The home page showcases a selection of her vibrant original paintings and her popular art classes for kids and adults. We used a bold and saturated colour palette with ample negative space that perfectly compliments Vera’s striking landscape paintings.
Custom Product Pages
Enriched product information
Custom product pages are enriched with metafields to show off important information for customers.
With a wide range of product types and materials, these customizations are vital to display more than a plain product description. Additional information like dimensions, materials and product details are displayed based on individual product data.
Streamlining Art Class Registration
We created custom registration forms to help streamline Vera’s art class booking. Attendees can easily submit important information that gets emailed directly once submitted.
We used Mailchimp to create and integrate an email automation for all art class purchases. Budding artists can quickly submit their registration forms online, rather than use cumbersome paper forms.

The existing product descriptions were streamlined to enhance SEO. To optimize the UX design of product pages, any additional product information was migrated into metafields to make the shopping experience more enjoyable.

We researched and installed a premium theme, which was carefully customized to match Vera Kiss Fine Art’s brand.
To highlight important product details, we created custom coded sections to only display on select product and collection pages.
