FAQ

  • For most projects will we need access to your brand assets (logos, colour palettes, and fonts), as well as your visual assets for the project. These can include product photography, lifestyle photography, illustrations and other graphics. We will also need any copy writing you have available for the project.

    If you don’t have these available, don’t worry! We are always able to provide you with pricing for these services.

  • We specialize in Shopify e-commerce, but have extensive experience with Wordpress, Squarespace, and Lightspeed.

    We have email marketing experience with Mailchimp, Klaviyo and others.

    Aren’t on a platform already? No problem! Reach out and we can give you the best recommendation for your business.

  • Sometimes a fresh start will give you better results than adding additional functions to an existing site. Other times a few improvements are all that’s really needed!
